Job Description
Duties will vary and may include releasing tax refunds, answering notice inquiries, making account adjustments, and reconciling payments. As a Contact Representative, you will provide over-the-phone technical assistance to individuals and businesses. We are offering full-time permanent (year round) positions, on work schedules that vary based on location and may include day, mid-day, and swing. To be eligible for this job, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
