Responds to a high-volume of incoming telephone calls and referrals. Accurately documents and routes calls to the proper department. Uses functionality of the telephone system as required. Uses reference documents and online knowledgebase tools to clearly articulate accurate information regarding SHC services. To be considered a strong candidate, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in the field.
