Job Description
You'll be instrumental in elevating the employee experience to new heights, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs, and positioning HR Connect as a strategic driver of business success. With a passion for automation, efficiency, and global solutions, you'll lead a team of 30 HR Connect professionals, and 4 regional people managers, steering their efforts to deliver exceptional support. Having at least one to two years of experience in a related field is highly desirable for this position.
