Review and approve contractor invoices, household bills, estate employee time cards and review accounting records of acquisitions and expenses; Act as Owner’s representative and Project Manager for all construction, landscape and renovation projects, including the review, selection, and supervision of architects, designers, and contractors; Oversees all contractor functions, contract support.
