Job Description
This requires management of third-party contractors such as project managers, architects, general contractors, furniture, cabling, AV, security, etc. BA in Business Administration or similar 10 years of experience in corporate real estate or similar field. Coordinate process of compiling lab equipment loads including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc. To increase your chances of being selected for this job, it is best to have at least one to two years of experience in the industry.
