Facilities Technician
Job Description
Driver's License (Preferred). Monitors, maintains, and performs standard repairs to building facilities and systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, equipment, and fixtures. Monitors and performs non-technical maintenance of plumbing systems, to include standard repair of leaking fixtures, andor performing non-technical modifications to plumbing and water supply systems. To be eligible for this job, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
