Job Description
New employees accrue 40 hours of vacation in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements*. You are responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, typically focused on the community’s public spaces and amenities used by our residents, such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, recreation areas, fountains, business centers, parking areas, and refuse.
