Job Description
Exterior painting, exterior repair, and pool and spa maintenance. Interior apartment cleaning and interior apartment painting to turn units for new move-ins. Cleaning laundry rooms, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines and other surfaces, and interiors and exteriors of windows. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. If you want to increase your chances of being hired, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in this field.
