Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position may require driving between community sites and reliable means of transportation during working hours or on-call is required. Relevant certification (e.g., HVAC, CPO) strongly preferred. Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands on experience. Assists with administration of maintenance functions, e.g., tracking of inventory, data entry of work. Prior experience in this field is highly desired, with a minimum of one to two years preferred.
