Job Description
Valid driver's license and good driving record. Prepares and helps customers understand repair orders showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service. Contact customers to keep them in the loop throughout the repair process and communicate when the vehicle is ready for pickup. Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed.
