Job Description
Appropriate telephone and reception desk behavior and courtesy; Answers the surgery conference telephone line and maintains the accompanying log; Calls appropriate units to prepare patients who are scheduled for surgical procedures; Acts as unit receptionist by handling inquiries about patients and giving information with discretionary regard for rules of patient confidentiality and by directing. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
