Job Description
Certification, or abilitydesire to begin working towards Peer Specialist certification required. Answer phones at the call center, and provide support to the caller by triaging the call and linking the caller to the correct service. Provide follow up phone calls within 48 hours of a crisis, if requested. They will also be stationed in our field based sites near San Jose and Gilroy, providing. Having at least one to two years of experience in a related field is highly desirable for this position.
