Job Description
Works in cooperation with the other support functions, including Systems Support, Accounting, Merchandising, Operations, Field Personnel & etc. Understand tax laws by state to configure items within the back-office system to ensure they scan correct the Point of Sale. Identify root causes of errors, develop resolution, and communicate to appropriate personnel. To increase your chances of being selected for this job, it is best to have at least one to two years of experience in the industry.
