Microscopy Certification program. Knowledge of ChemistryApplied Science and semiconductor manufacturing process. Relevant experience a plus, including EDS analysis, thin film measurements, CDSEM, Defect Inspection, wetdry etch. Associates Degree in Science;. To be considered for this position, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
