• Participate in critical incident response calls and serve as an escalation point for customer support cases. • Carefully evaluate alternative risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution. • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals. • Plan Incident management and technical call facilitation, and communications. If you want to increase your chances of being hired, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in this field.
