Function as a subject matter expert in field reporting tools and provide coaching to improve field sales personnel business acumen and knowledge. Develop and execute live and virtual field development sessions leveraging appropriate technology, learning techniques and different modalities to enhance individuals’ knowledge and performance. Document progress versus expectations and communicate. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
