Job Description
Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state andor federal regulations. Provides services in support of responsibilities of the Social Services Department. Makes room changes when necessary. Assists in the completion of care plans and psychosocial assessments. To be eligible for this job, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
