Job Description
In instances of WRM absence you will serve as the point of contact for clients, including answering client calls, resolving enquiries and facilitating a smooth hand-off to the correct channels where appropriate. Your day-to-day responsibilities could include providing sales support to licensed sales staff by preparing and completing sales documents and managing data input and report generation,. To be considered a strong candidate, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in the field.
