Job Description
Answer phone calls promptly, professionally, and with appropriate telephone etiquette, including calls to the main line entailing interaction with Adobe customers, internal phone calls and internal help desk. Greet Adobe employees and guests. Answer questions and solve problems independently by utilizing a variety of resources to provide accurate information. In order to qualify for this role, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a similar position.
